Ruben Koslar is a member of the Paris Bar. He joined the firm in 2015 after having worked for several years in one of the leading French business law firms.
He advises international, including German-speaking, clients in M&A transactions, as well as on all aspects of corporate law. He has significant deal experience in a variety of business sectors, including retail/ consumer goods, MedTech/ life sciences, logistics, automotive/ mobility, as well as infrastructure, including renewable energies.
Ruben is regularly quoted as an expert on foreign investment control in France. He is also a lecturer at the Law School (Ecole de Droit) of SciencesPo (Paris), where he teaches a class on legal aspects of M&A transactions at master level.
