Justine MARIE DE BOURQUENEY advises financial institutions on banking, financial and insurance regulations. She also asists them in their litigation before the courts and regulatory authorities (AMF and ACPR).
She practiced for four years in several law firms specializing in banking, financial and insurance regulations, where she was seconded to the legal department of a credit institution and of a payment institution, prior to joining the firm’s Financial Institutions and Service team.
Before taking the oath, Justine worked in the legal department of a major banking group and was a lecturer at the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in banking law, securities law and contract law.
