Inès Taha acts as counsel in arbitration proceedings, in particular in investor-state disputes (ICC, SCC, ICSID and ad hoc).
She also acts in post-arbitration proceedings (annulment, enforcement and stay of enforceent of arbitral awards) before French courts.
Prior to joining Jeantet, Inès worked in the arbitration departments of various international law firms, and at the International Chamber of the Court of Appeal of Paris.
