Delphine Baudouin specializes in banking and finance law, and assists credit institutions, private equity firms, debt funds and borrowers in arranging senior, mezzanine and unitranche debt financing for leveraged and unleveraged domestic and cross-border acquisitions. She also advises her clients in connection with transactions of real estate finance, trade finance, and project finance in Africa. Furthermore, she has recently advised clients on structured finance deals and debt restructuring, notably in the context of pre-solvency proceedings.
Delphine has developed particular expertise in documentary credits, standby letters of credit and international guarantees, including during her secondment to BNP Paribas’ Commodities and International Trade Department.
Her experience also includes regular assistance to her clients in banking and finance law, with a particular focus on fintech’s activities and crypto assets.
Before incorporating Jeantet, she worked in various major international law firms, in Paris and Madrid.
