Claire Blondel is involved in the treatment of companies in difficulty. She advises debtors, their managers and shareholders in the context of amicable and collective proceedings and assists them in the related litigation.
She also assists investment funds and potential buyers in distressed M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Jeantet and the team led by Laïd Estelle Laurent and Bertrand Biette, Claire worked in the restructuring department of several Parisian law firms, in banking as well as in an insolvency administrator firm.
