Chloe Chircop specializes in intellectual property. She advises French and international clients in all areas of intellectual property and in particular in trademark/design law, copyright, patents, know-how, unfair competition.
Chloe handles dispute resolution and provides strategic advice at all stages of disputes. She represents clients in court proceedings and administrative procedures before intellectual property offices.
She also represents clients in IP transactions, both for structuring deals and negotiations.
Before joining Jeantet, Chloe worked in several firms specialized in IP (IP boutique and full-service law firms).
