Anne Toupenay-Schueller is a partner in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions department at Jeantet.
Anne has broad transactional experience in private M&A and assists mainly clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, such as acquisitions, disposals, mergers, joint ventures and other strategic partnerships.
She also advises clients on corporate restructuring transactions, as well as on distressed M&A.
Anne Toupenay-Schueller is a members of Jeantet’s Partners Advisory Board. She also co-heads Jeantet tech sector group.
