Jeantet advises JIN in its acquisition of LJ COMMUNICATION

 

Paris, October 21 2024 – Jeantet has advised JIN, an independent public relations group, in its acquisition of LJ Communication, a consulting agency specialising in communications, public relations, media and influence in the health and environment sectors.

Founded in 2000, LJ Communication is a Paris-based public relations consultancy specialising in the healthcare sector. It joins the group JIN, a communication consultancy specialising in digital influence.

The integration of LJ Communication into JIN will enable the latter to increase its activity and develop a healthcare department, supported by an expert team with a dense and recognised network of partners and clients.

LJ Communication, for its part, will benefit from the JIN Group’s expertise (particularly in digital) as well as its dynamic development on a European level.

The JIN / LJ Com group brings together 50 clients in the healthcare sector, with margins of over 5.5 million euros, and positions itself as the leading independent healthcare communications consultancy. “JIN is a leader in public relations, whose digital expertise and mastery of data reinforce our ability to advise and act. Tomorrow, we’ll be in a better position to support our customers in a context of major transformation in the healthcare world”, says Laurence Jacquillat, President of LJ Com.
