Jeantet advises Ammega on the acquisition of B.C.M.S France and Transitech
Paris, 16 January 2020 – Jeantet advised the Ammega group in connection with the acquisition of B.C.M.S France and its subsidiary, Transitech, from their founders.
B.C.M.S France and Transitech, located in Castres in Midi-Pyrénées and Sées in Basse Normandie, are both specialized in the production of conveyor belts and custom-made belts.
The Ammega group is the global leader in the development and manufacturing of conveyor belts. Its registered office is located in Alkmaar, in the Netherlands.
The goal of this acquisition is to increase Ammega’s penetration in the French market. The French companies’ belt fabrication capabilities will strengthen Ammega’s footprint and customer service levels, particularly in the south and north-west areas of France.
