Christophe Jacomin joins Jeantet with a team of 3 associates
Paris, 2 december 2019 – Christophe Jacomin joins Jeantet as a partner along with his team to strengthen the firm’s banking and financial activities both in France and abroad.
Previously a partner of LPA-CGR (resulting from the merger of Lefèvre-Pelletier et Associés and CGR Legal) for 17 years, Christophe Jacomin has developed a particularly recognised expertise in financing of infrastructure projects, renewable energy, raw materials, real estate and asset acquisition on the one hand and in Banking and Financial law on the other. In addition to his technical expertise, as a member of the Management Board of LPA, he has contributed to the firm’s international development for several years by opening offices in Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Christophe Jacomin began his career as an Executive Assistant at the General Secretariat of the Banking Commission in charge of supervising major French banks before joining the Banking and Finance department of Gide Law Firm, where he worked to manage banking and financial activities in Russia – CIS in the Moscow office.
Christophe Jacomin is a recognised professional who advises international banks and other financial institutions on financing, banking and financial law.
The recruitment of Christophe Jacomin and his team to work alongside Martine Samuelian and Jean-François Adelle reinforces Jeantet’s desire to position itself as a leading player in Banking and Financing law in France and abroad.

Calixte Glotin : member of the Paris Bar since 2011 and of the Luxembourg Bar (List I) since 2016, Calixte has practised in French and Luxembourg law firms such as Elvinger Hoss Prussen in Luxembourg and Herbert Smith Freehills in Paris, developing his expertise in complex (senior, mezzanine, unitranche) and corporate financing. Calixte advises credit institutions, investment funds and borrowers on acquisition, project, asset and syndicated loan financing. His activity also extends to corporate and M&A: equity, debt crowdfunding and company transfers.
Lobna Issaïden : Lobna began her career in portfolio management companies (Amundi, La Banque Postale Asset Management, and Aviva Investors France) where she developed expertise in Financial law, before also practising Banking Law in law firms. Lobna has also advised various players on the conditions for providing their banking and financial services in a post-Brexit context.
Cyprien Feilhès : previously in Reed Smith LLP, Cyprien also worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London, where he was able to confirm his expertise in financing in an international context.
